Description

UNICEF Ghana and other United Nations Agencies operating in Ghana, requires the
services of qualified haulage and transportation providers to facilitate the delivery of programme supplies from Ghana's seaports, airports and designated warehouses in Accra to destinations across all sixteen regions of the country, on an as-needed basis.
To support these operational requirements, UNICEF Ghana, acting on behalf of participating UN Agencies, intends to establish one or more Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) with qualified haulage and transportation service provider(s) through a competitive bidding process for the provision of these services during the period 2027-2031.

Pre-bid Conference

A pre-bid conference would be convened via MS Teams on Tuesday 13th October 2026 at 10:00 a.m. to clarify the scope of services, solicitation requirements and bid submission procedures.
