Supply and Delivery of Civil hardware Materials to MONUSCO DAP Bukabu and Uvira, DRC

1. The United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO) seeks Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from duly registered companies for the Supply and Delivery of Civil Hardware Materials to MONUSCO DAP in Bukavu and Uvira, Democratic Republic of the Congo. 2. The required goods are Civil Hardware Materials. 3. MONUSCO will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly and, accordingly, intends to issue an Invitation to Bid (ITB) to companies that express their interest and provide relevant preliminary information demonstrating their ability to meet MONUSCO's requirements. In addition, interested companies will be requested to complete UN vendor registration at the Basic Level in the vendor database accessible through www.ungm.org (for new vendors only). A detailed Statement of Requirements (SOR) will be provided to companies shortlisted to receive the ITB documents. 4. The EOI should include brief but relevant information about the company, including its profile, capacity, capabilities, and relevant experience. Interested vendors must provide the following document(s) with their response: • A copy of the company's valid registration certificate/license(s). 5. Please note that this request for EOI does not constitute an invitation to submit a bid or proposal. 6. MONUSCO reserves the right to select invitees for the competitive bidding exercise based on substantial and proven performance records in the relevant field of activity. Submission of an EOI does not automatically guarantee receipt of the ITB documents. MONUSCO also reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the deadline indicated below. 7.
