National Authentication and Federation Platform (NAFP) Core Platform – MVP

UNDP/PAPP, in collaboration with the Palestinian Ministry of Telecommunications and Digital Economy, invites qualified firms to submit proposals for the design, development, implementation, and operationalization of a secure, scalable, and interoperable National Authentication and Federation Platform (NAFP) Minimum Viable Product. The assignment includes identity and account management, authentication and federation services, integration with the Hukumati platform and other approved government systems, deployment, testing, knowledge transfer, and post-acceptance support and maintenance.
