Additional information: 1. Please find attached the budget breakdown sheet to kindly fill it and return it as excel sheet and PDF. 2. Please note that WHO is exempted from 16% of sales tax. 3. The financial proposal should include the budget breakdown. Otherwise, it will not be considered. 4.
