National PHEOC and WHO PNG Office Space Optimization

WHO is seeking for a qualified, eligible and competent proposer for the National PHEOC and WHO PNG Office Space Optimization.

WHO PNG seeks a qualified architectural design firm, supported by proportionate specialist inputs where required, to develop a practical and functional design for the proposed National PHEOC and WHO PNG office-space optimization at the AOPI Centre. The EOC requirements checklist and other information supplied by WHO will be the primary technical basis for the assignment. The consultant shall verify available space and visible site conditions sufficiently to develop coordinated design options, but the assignment shall not expand into detailed intrusive infrastructure investigations, operational management, construction supervision, commissioning or post-design implementation services.

The design shall respond realistically to Papua New Guinea operational conditions and the constraints of the existing building. It shall not be based on an idealized international-standard facility that cannot reasonably be accommodated, operated, or maintained within the confirmed space, infrastructure, and funding parameters.
