Call for External collaborators - To provide interpretation services for project-related events to be organized in Mongolia between October and December 2026.

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Organization (ILO) is seeking an international individual to undertake an assignment as an External Collaborator. Assignment Summary The assignment will include up to 24 hours of consecutive interpretation and up to 16 hours of simultaneous interpretation. The specific dates, venue(s) and schedules will be communicated by the ILO in advance. The interpreter will provide interpretation between English and Mongolian, and vice versa, as required. The interpreter shall use appropriate terminology, accurately convey the meaning and tone of discussions, and maintain strict confidentiality. The interpreter will coordinate closely with the designated ILO focal point regarding the programme, speakers, technical arrangements and reference materials provided in advance. The expected deliverables are: 1. Deliverable 1: Provision of 16 hours of consecutive interpretation services during 20–21 October 2026. The exact time, venue and schedule will be confirmed by the ILO at a later stage. 2. Deliverable 2: Provision of 8 hours of simultaneous interpretation services during the week of 26 October 2026. The exact date, venue and agenda will be confirmed by the ILO. 3. Deliverable 3: Provision of 8 hours of consecutive and 8 hours of simultaneous interpretation services in November and December 2026.
