Provision of Food and Beverage Services across UNECA Headquarters, including Cafeteria, Conference Catering, Café/Bistro and Delegate Hospitality Outlets

This Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) is issued by the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) to identify qualified and experienced food and beverage service operators that may be interested in participating in a future competitive solicitation process. The purpose of this REOI is to assess the availability, interest, qualifications, and capabilities of the market to provide a range of food and beverage services at UNECA Headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Submission of an Expression of Interest does not automatically qualify a vendor for participation in any future solicitation. Technical requirements and evaluation criteria will be defined in any subsequent solicitation documents. The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) Headquarters in Addis Ababa hosts a diverse international community comprising UN staff, delegates, diplomats, visitors, contractors, and conference participants. UNECA regularly supports major regional and international meetings, conferences, summits, and special events throughout the year. UNECA is exploring future food and beverage service arrangements that may include cafeteria operations, conference and event catering, café services, bistro-style dining, and other related hospitality services across multiple locations within its premises.
