Dear Bidder,

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine invites you to submit a quotation in response to Request for Quotation (RFQ) UNDP-UKR-01842: Procurement of Passenger Lifts.

Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. If you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in the guides available on the UNDP website. Do not create a new profile if you already have one. Use the forgotten password feature if you do not remember your password or username from a previous registration.

Search for the specific tender using search filters and subscribe to the tender in order to receive notifications in case of amendments to the tender documents.

A Pre-Bidding Conference will be held on 02 October 2026 at 11:00 (Kyiv time) via MS Teams.

Interested bidders are required to register for the Pre-Bidding Conference by submitting their company name, list of attending representatives, and contact information by 17:00 (Kyiv time) on 01 October 2026 to the following e-mail: Procurement.ua@undp.org

  • Documents can be submitted in English or Ukrainian.

ATTENTION: Quotations shall be submitted only through the Quantum Portal. Quotations submitted to any email address will not be accepted and may be disqualified.
