Request for Proposal (RFP) for the establishment of Long-Term Arrangements (LTA) for Supply of Salt Test Kits and Potassium iodate

UNICEF wishes to enter into (a) non-exclusive Long Term Arrangement(s) ("LTA-G") for the procurement of the items with the specifications outlined in the schedules contained in this Solicitation Document, as required from time to time during the term of the LTA-G.

Please note that the submission deadline has been extended to 01 November 2026 for both the commercial documents and completion of the technical dossier. The bid opening will subsequently take place on 02 November 2026.

Important Instructions

  1. Bid reference number (RFP-DAN-2026-503953) must be stated in all communications;

  2. The proposal must be submitted no later thank 23.59 hours (Copenhagen time) 01 November 2026

  3. E-mail: supplybid@unicef.org when submitting the commercial offer DO NOT CC any other UNICEF contacts or to the individual emails stated above. Offer that has been sent copying others will be invalidated! This email address is not to be used for general queries.

  4. Technical dossier and filled questionnaires must be submitted in the assigned SharePoint folder. In order to set up SharePoint folders for submission of Technical documents only, please contact: sd.nutritionsupplies@unicef.org . A private link will be provided to you for uploading the technical documents only.
