International Consultancy Firm to Provide NVIDIA AI Infrastructure and Operation

The training services provider shall undertake the following workstreams: 

• Program mobilization and preparation: confirm the final curriculum and the venue with UNDP; validate the lab readiness and identify which exercises will be conducted on live/representative hardware versus simulation if any. 

• Submission of a detailed Lab Bill of Materials and technical architecture, and a Curriculum Compliance Matrix, as part of the technical proposal 

• Lab environment setup and Customization: prepare dedicated lab environments (physical) supporting the vGPU, MIG, and VFIO passthrough exercises specified in the course outline, configured to reflect participating countries deployed NVIDIA accelerated infrastructure to the extent feasible. 

• Delivery of the 10-day training: deliver the full curriculum through a combination of instructor-led sessions and hands-on labs, to all confirmed 20 delegates. 

• Assessment and certification: administer daily knowledge checks, guided practical exercises, and the final operations capstone; issue course completion certificates to 20 participants. 

• Post-training support: deliver a 5-week period of virtual support following training completion. 

• Reporting and handover: submit an end-of-training report (attendance, assessment outcomes, lessons learned), and hand over all participant deliverables (validation checklists, runbook templates, course materials) to UNDP.
