Description of the Assignment:  

Period of assignment/services: 25 working days, in the period between October-December 2026. Please note that the assignment is home-based with one 5-day maximum mission within municipalities in Albania (regions of Shkodra, Korçë, Elbasan and a particular focus on municipalities of Lezha and Vora)

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
