Description

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), in Seoul,
Republic of Korea (ROK), invites qualified service providers to make a firm offer for the
establishment of Frame Agreement for the provisions of media and creative services for 1)
digital donor acquisition program and 2) Direct-Response TV(DRTV) fundraising program in
the Republic of Korea.
