Call for External Collaborator – National Expert to Prepare the National Occupational Safety and Health Profile for Serbia– DWT-CO Budapest

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO is seeking a national expert to develop the National Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Profile for Serbia under the EU-funded project "Promotion of Occupational Safety and Health and Labour Inspection in Serbia" (2025–2027). The consultant will conduct a comprehensive assessment of Serbia's national occupational safety and health system through desk research, analysis of relevant legislation, policies and statistical data, and consultations with key national stakeholders. The National OSH Profile will be developed in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Convention, 1981 (No. 155) and the Promotional Framework for Occupational Safety and Health Convention, 2006 (No. 187), the Promotional Framework for Occupational Safety and Health Recommendation, 2006 (No. 197), and relevant ILO guidance. The assignment will result in a comprehensive National Occupational Safety and Health Profile for Serbia, providing an overview of the national OSH system, identifying strengths and gaps, and proposing evidence-based recommendations to support the further strengthening of the national OSH system and the future development and implementation of the National Occupational Safety and Health Programme.
