Call for External Collaborator – Graphic designer to carry out the design and layout work on both the English and Thai versions of the digital and green skills needs assessment report for the construction sector in Thailand

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The task of the graphic designer will include the following for both reports: • Develop 2–3 creative concept options for the front cover, back cover, and master interior layout template; • Place the text into Adobe InDesign, clean up spacing, and style headings, tables, and footnotes; • Redraw data graphs using brand colours, design simple diagrams, and prepare photos; • Ensure strict adherence to the ILO Brand Hub guidelines, visual identity manual, and ILO House Style (official logo usage, colour palette, primary typography etc.); • Make corrections based on feedback from the authors and proofreaders through multiple draft rounds; • Deliver the final files in InDesign and PDF formats, together with the editable source files for all figures. The English report is approximately 22,000 words (including annexes), 80 pages (A4 format), with 9 figures and 7 tables. The Thai report will be an adaptation of the master template used for the English version, not a design from scratch. The full translation of the Thai report will be provided by the project, with an estimated page count of 100 pages. Please note that travel is not required for this assignment.
