Description
Scope of Requirements

The objective of this tender is to select a supplier (or suppliers) for the supply and installation of:

●      Component 1: Solar Mini-Grid PV systems

●       Component 2: Modular Based Communication Systems with Outdoor Wi-Fi Network according to the provided technical specifications at the specified FREF site.

For the following Site;

  • Raviravi Village, Beqa Island -18.375043, 178.107195

In addition, the selected supplier for each Component will:

             A.     Provide on-the-job training to designated community technicians of the site on basic operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the respective system(s).

             B.     Be required to enter into a separate Operation and Maintenance (O&M) contract with the Fijian Government (or its designated entity) for a minimum period of five (5) to seven (7) years post-commissioning for the project. This O&M contract will be based on the O&M plan and annual fee submitted as part of this tender.

C.     Bidders are requested to submit a comprehensive proposal covering all aspects of the project, including the proposed multi-year O&M services and annual fees.
