Review and Reform of Water Tariff and Revenue Management Systems for Sustainable Water Service Delivery in Sudan

In light of the extension of the bid submission deadline, bidders who have already submitted their proposals are hereby informed that they may withdraw their previously submitted offers and submit revised proposals, if deemed necessary.

To withdraw your current proposal, please submit a formal withdrawal notice by email through email: sudansupplybids@unicef.org , clearly referencing the solicitation number and your company name. Once withdrawn, you may submit a new proposal before the closing date and time.

In such instances, only the latest proposal received before the revised closing date and time will be considered for evaluation.

Request for Proposal

UNICEF Sudan country office is looking for Institutional Consultancy for the " Review and Reform of Water Tariff and Revenue Management Systems for Sustainable Water Service Delivery in Sudan)".

The interested service providers are requested to submit Proposal by email as per LRPS requirements. The proposals of bidders will be strictly evaluated according to the LPRS documents.

Bids must be received by latest on 7th of October 2026 at 23:59 Sudan Local Time.
