Request for Proposal

UNICEF Sudan country office is looking for Institutional Consultancy for the " Review and Reform of Water Tariff and Revenue Management Systems for Sustainable Water Service Delivery in Sudan)".

The interested service providers are requested to submit Proposal by email as per LRPS requirements. The proposals of bidders will be strictly evaluated according to the LPRS documents.

Bids must be received by latest on 7th of October 2026 at 23:59 Sudan Local Time.

Proposer are requested to submit their questions to esaeed@unicef.org  cc: wzhai@unicef.org before or on 1st of October 2026 at 12:00 hrs Noon. Sudan time.
