The objectives of this RFPS:

To establish institutional long term arrangements (LTAs) with qualified vendor(s) for engaging specialized subject-matter technical assistance to support UNICEF initiatives across key service areas, including product development, food safety and quality systems implementation, specification development and product testing and sampling and manufacturing optimization.

2. The proposal must be submitted no later thank 23.59 hours (Copenhagen time) 09 November 2026

4. When submitting your proposals, please ensure that the email subject lines follow the format below:

   Technical Proposal:
   RFPS-DAN-2026-503955 - [Company Name] - Technical Proposal - Submission [#] of [#]

   Financial Proposal:
   RFPS-DAN-2026-503955 - [Company Name] - Financial Proposal - Submission [#] of [#]

   Please use separate emails for the technical and financial proposals, as required in the solicitation document.

   The submission numbers should indicate the sequence and total number of emails sent for each proposal. For example, if your technical proposal requires two emails, use "Submission 1 of 2" and "Submission 2 of 2".
