National Consultant _Mid-Term Review Enhanced Water Security (CUVKUN)

Description of the Assignment:  the UNDP-GEF Midterm Review (MTR) of the full-sized UNDP-supported GEF-financed project titled Enhanced Water Security and Community Resilience in the Adjacent Cuvelai and Kunene Transboundary River Basins (CUVKUN) (PIMS 4756) implemented through the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)/ Global Water Partnership Southern Africa (GWP-SA), which is to be undertaken in 2026. The project started on 16 May 2024 and is in its second and half year of implementation.  The Terms of Reference (ToR)  sets out the expectations for this MTR.

Period of assignment/services; 12 weeks, Starting Date: 27 October 2026

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
