Description

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Mozambique hereby invites qualified service providers to submit quotations for the Provision of Accommodation, Conference facility and Catering Services for Staff retreat for 2 Nights / 3 Days, for 117 participants.

To support this event, UNDP seeks proposals from qualified 4-stars and above category hotels, resorts, conference centers, and venue providers located in:

1. Mpumalanga - South Africa

2. Maputo -Mozambique 

The selected venue must be able to host a large-scale residential retreat and provide comprehensive conference and hospitality services.

Please refer to the Terms of Reference and Requirements section in order to place your bid.

Quotations must be submitted directly in NextGenERP supplier portal following this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org using the profile you may have in the portal.
