Dear Valued Bidders,

Greetings from UNICEF Liberia Country Office.

United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) Liberia Country Office wishes to invite you to participate in a tender for “LITB-2026-9205657-Procurement of 2 outdoor LED Billboards" through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF Country Office invites you to submit (technical and financial) proposals as outlined in the Invitee to Bid document and the specifications and delivery conditions contained herein.

1. Request for Clarification

If you have any enquiries regarding the tender documents, please submit the questions before 1st of October through e-mail, lbr-procurement@uncief.org.

2. Document Submission

All proposals must be submitted their respective proposal through email and emailing the link ONLY to lbr.bids@unicef.org by:

3. Proposal Submission Requirements

Please Ensure That:

- The shared link remains accessible until the completion of the evaluation process.

- Access permissions are enabled to allow UNICEF to view and download all submitted documents without requesting additional access.

- All proposal documents are included in the shared folder and clearly organized.

⚠️ **Failure to provide a valid and accessible download link by the submission deadline may result in the proposal not being considered.** 

4. Tender Documents

Bidders are required to review and complete the following documents:

- Read & sign the "Bid Declaration" (Page 3 - 5)

**Annex B** -Bid Opening form

- With bank account proof (e.g., cancelled check, bank statement, or bank letter)

- Business registration

- 2 years audited financial statement
