Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO Department of Communication (DCOMM) is seeking an experienced videographer to film one English-language interview with a Canadian Government representative in Ottawa, Canada, on 7 or 8 October 2026, to be confirmed. The interview will contribute to an ILO story on efforts to end child labour in the Philippines and Canada’s role as a development partner. The assignment will involve filming the interview using a two-camera set-up and recording a range of supporting cutaway footage. The videographer will be responsible for camera operation, lighting and professional audio recording and will deliver the complete interview and cutaway rushes, together with the required filming information and consent, within one working day of filming. Applicants should have more than five years of relevant professional experience, including experience filming senior-level interviewees in professional or formal settings. The videographer should preferably be based in Ottawa or the surrounding area.
