UNRWA invites vendors to bid for RFPS-3626000027-(MM): PROVISION OF QUEUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (QMS) AT 14 UNRWA HEALTH CENTRES Tender documentation will be available to you after you click on the `express interest` button in UNGM. Any questions relating to the attached documents shall be addressed through the correspondence tab on the website or by e-mail to: tender.queries@unrwa.org no later than 11 October 2026, at 13:00 Amman Time. Answers to questions will be made available to all vendors through a clarification sent on In-Tend. Mandatory Site Visits will be conducted according to the site visit plan included in the tender document. Participation in the Site Visit is Mandatory and a pre-requisite for submitting a Proposal, i.e., bids will not be accepted from Vendors who do not attend the site Visit on the stipulated day. Vendors who intend to submit their proposal shall attend all the site visits and shall be present in the first location of each visit path at 8:30 am. Kindly note that due to the large number of locations, the site visit for each location will be conducted for one time only. The vendor must confirm the intention to participate in the Site Visit latest by 28 September 2026 (01:00 pm Amman time), by sending the attached form below by E-Mail, to tender.queries@unrwa.org with a copy to Mais Mahmoud (ma.mahmoud@unrwa.org) and Dima Muammar. d.muammar@unrwa.org Deadline for proposal submission22 October 2026 at 13:00 Amman Time. Bids will not be able to be submitted after the stipulated date and time so please allow enough time to submit your tender return.
