The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) requires the services of one International Consultant to work as a Virtual Reality (VR) Animation Producer for the "Dalan Digital – A New Path for Digital Citizenship" project in Timor-Leste. As part of the European Union-funded "Dalan ba Digital" initiative, the consultant will be responsible for translating the countrys digital transition into an immersive visual story. The producer will conceptualize, create, and deliver five high-quality VR videos designed to make digital transformation, public services, and responsible digital citizenship accessible and engaging for the people of Timor-Leste, in support of the nations Digital 2032 Vision.

Period of assignment/services Approximately 16 working days within a period of 3 months 

Country Of Assignment : Home Based
