New clarification added: Dear Bidder, Thank you for your interest in this tender, Questions: Hot Mix Asphalt Quantity:According to the BOQ, the specified quantity of Hot Mix Asphalt is 131 m³. However, our quantity take-off based on the drawings indicates a different quantity. Kindly clarify the discrepancy and confirm which quantity should be considered for pricing and execution.Answer: No hot mix is mentioned in the BOQ; the pavement is Interlock. Please check and download the correct documents from the UNGM website. 2. Kerbstone Type 2:The BOQ does not appear to include an item for Kerbstone Type 2, as shown in Sheet 8 and Sheet 11 of the drawings. Kindly confirm whether Kerbstone Type 2 is required and, if so, advise on the applicable BOQ item and quantity.Answer: The sheets you are mentioning are not exist. Sheet No. 8 is for darinage layout, and sheet No.11 is for the culvert details. Please check and download the correct documents from the UNGM website.3. However, detailed drawings are not provided. Please provide the relevant cross-sections and construction details, including joint/connection details, levels, and other required arrangements.Answer: Please refer to the drawing No. S11 for the details and the decription in the BOQ item 4.1 in the tab of (Culverts & Drainage). 2. Box Culvert: The box culvert shown in the drawings does not appear to have a corresponding BOQ item. Please clarify.Answer: Pleas refer to the BOQ item 4.1 in the tab of (Culverts & Drainage). 3. Key Equipment: Under Schedule of Requirements, Part 4, the specified equipment quantities appear higher than what we estimate is required to complete the works. Please confirm whether bidders must provide the specified quantities, or whether the contractor may determine the required equipment based on its proposed methodology and work program.Answer: Bidders are required to strictly adhere to the equipment quantities stated in the tender document.
