Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The Primary objective of this consultancy is to support ILO’s DWSC team to scale up capacity building and legal redressal support to workers and employers in the shrimp supply chains in Khulna region, Bangladesh. The scope of this consultancy is to: •Strengthen the capacity of worker representatives (including unions, PCs, complaint committees and safety committees), workers and farmers in the shrimp supply chains. •Strengthen the capacity of BFFEA to support its members in implementing OSH standards and labour law compliance. •Provide legal assistance to workers in shrimp supply chains and facilitate their access to remedy.
