Bidders are requested to confirm receipt of this Solicitation Document as soon as possible by emailing Ms. Hongyang Xiong, Supply and Logistics Associate, at hxiong@unicef.org.

3. Bid Submission Instructions / 投标文件提交说明

The bid documents must be submitted to UNICEF China by email at chinabid@unicef.org. The email subject line must include the bid number LRPS-2026-9206318. Please submit the technical proposal and financial proposal in two separate emails and use the following naming convention: “LRPS-2026-9206318_Company Name_Technical Proposal” or “LRPS-2026-9206318_Company Name_Financial Proposal”. When submitting your quotation, do not include any other recipients in the “cc” or “bcc” fields. Offers sent to any other email address will be invalidated.
