Subject: NEN 3140 and NEN 3840 Electrotechnical Inspections / EOI 134671

It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (ICC) located in The Hague, Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the services of an NEN 3140 and NEN 3840 Electrotechnical Inspection Services provider hereby referred as the Electrotechnical Inspection Services who will be responsible for carrying out Electrotechnical Inspections in its Headquarter premises. In connection with the above, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms.

Service description

The scope of the service agreement is the provision of Electrotechnical Inspection Services as per the requirements of the NEN 3140 and NEN 3840. The service provider will be expected to carry out the inspections and provide a report of the findings in English with clearly stipulated action points. The ICC expects to kick off the works before end of the year 2026 and complete the inspections within Q1 of 2027.

The detailed scope of work will be given under the Request for Proposal document that will be sent to the firms who respond to this EOI and emerge successfully from the evaluation against the selection criteria.
