Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO is seeking an individual consultant to conduct a Rapid Situation Analysis on enterprise competitiveness, the enabling environment and a Just Transition in the context of Timor-Leste’s accession to ASEAN. The assignment will include a desk review of relevant national, ASEAN and ILO policy and analytical documents; targeted consultations with CCI-TL members and other key stakeholders; and preparation of a concise, evidence-based analysis of the main implications, challenges and opportunities for enterprises arising from ASEAN accession and the transition towards an environmentally sustainable economy. The consultant will identify priority sectors, assess key issues affecting enterprise development and competitiveness, and develop practical recommendations and a priority action matrix for CCI-TL and relevant stakeholders. The consultant will also support a validation workshop and finalize the Rapid Situation Analysis and presentation materials based on feedback received.
