Development and Implementation of a National Communications Plan on HIV, Viral Hepatitis, and STI Combination Prevention, Testing, and Treatment (Readvertisement)

WHO is seeking for a qualified, eligible and competent proposer for the Development and Implementation of a National Communications Plan on HIV, Viral Hepatitis, and STI Combination Prevention, Testing, and Treatment. 

This aims to: 1) increase demand for services among key populations and priority groups; 2) develop evidence-informed, multi-channel communication strategies; 3) support implementation across digital community platforms; and 4) integrate innovations such as Lenacapavir (LEN) within the broader HIV combination prevention.

This is a re-advertisement of WHO Bid Reference No. WPRO/DAF/SAO/SUP/P/0009456. Suppliers who have already submitted proposals under the original solicitation are not required to submit their offers.

• Proposals must be submitted no later than 27 October 2026, 5:00 PM (GMT+8).
• All submissions should be made through the WHO e‑Tendering Platform (In‑Tend).
