Description

WHO is seeking for a qualified, eligible and competent proposer for the GHLC Evaluation, Benchmarking, and Strengthening. The Proposer shall be a Profit/Non- profit company/entity operating in the field of programme and training evaluation, capacity-building/leadership development, or international development consultancy.

Instructions for Submission of Proposals

  • Proposals must be submitted no later than 6 October 2026, 4:00 PM (GMT+8).
  • All submissions should be made through the WHO e‑Tendering Platform (In‑Tend).
  • In the event of technical difficulties with uploading, proposals may alternatively be submitted to wproungm@who.int.
  • When submitting by email, please ensure the following subject lines are used:

    • Note: Technical and Financial Proposals must be sent in separate emails.
