SECTION 1: REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)

RFQ-GROUND MAINTENANCE FOR UNDP SAMOA MCO, ONE UN HOUSE COMPOUND AT TUANAIMATO

UNDP kindly requests your quotation for the provision of services as detailed in line items section of this RFQ.

To successfully procure a qualified service provider to maintain the One UN House Compound grounds through a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) who will be working for lawn care, pruning, leaf and debris removal. To ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely implementation in accordance with UNDP procurement principles and as detailed in Annexure 3.

This Request for Quotation comprises the following documents:

The LTA will initially be established for one (1) year and may be extended annually for up to two (2) additional years, subject to satisfactory performance, continued requirements and availability of funds.

When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the RFQ Instructions and Data. Please note that quotations must be submitted directly in the system responding to the questions and uploading required documents. by the date and time indicated in the online 

portal. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted before the deadline. Quotations received after the submission deadline outside the online portal, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.
