International Consultancy - Data Sharing for Domestic Resource Mobilization

Expected Duration of Assignment: 26October 2026 – 18 February 2027 (est 34 working days)

Objective: The consultancy will undertake analysis in five selected countries (one country per region) to examine how data sharing can support specific DRM objectives and identify the factors that enable or constrain its effective use. The analysis will focus on the relevant institutions, data sources and data flows, and the governance, institutional, legal, technical and political-economy factors shaping how data is shared and used in practice.
