Provision of Esri Enterprise GIS Software Licenses, Maintenance and Support

Under the Africa-BB-Maps initiative, ITU is supporting participating African countries in establishing and strengthening national broadband mapping systems. The initiative integrates governance frameworks, digital infrastructure systems, and structured capacity building to enable evidence-based connectivity planning and regulatory decision-making. This Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks bids for the provision of Esri Enterprise GIS software licences, including the associated maintenance and support services, for the beneficiary National Regulatory Authorities (NRAs).
