Request for Proposals for the Provision of Framework/Long-Term Service Agreements for IOM Uganda IOM Uganda invites qualified, legally registered, experienced, and compliant service providers to submit proposals for the provision of services under the categories listed below. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a pool of capable vendors, framework agreements, call-off arrangements, or long-term agreements to support IOM Uganda’s operational, administrative, programme, field, and beneficiary-service needs across Kampala and upcountry locations in Uganda. Service Categories/Lots Lot 1 Printing and Visibility Materials Printing, branding, finishing, packaging, and delivery of visibility and communication materials including T-shirts, reports, booklets, posters, mugs/cups, pull-up banners, envelopes, notebooks, reflector jackets, caps, gumboots, and pens. Lot 2 Transport Services Provision of vehicle rental, passenger transport, cargo transport, airport transfers, hourly rental, pickup/drop-off services, and route-based transport for Kampala and upcountry operations. Lot 3 Equipment Maintenance Services Preventive and corrective maintenance of generators, printers, and air conditioners, including servicing, emergency repairs, spare parts supply, safety compliance, reporting, and technical support. Lot 4 Hotel and Hospitality Services Provision of conference facilities, catering, accommodation, meeting support equipment, participant stationery, and related hospitality services in Kampala and upcountry locations. Lot 5 Insurance Services Provision of Comprehensive Motor Insurance for IOM vehicles and All Risk Insurance for selected assets and equipment, including policy placement, certificates, cover notes, endorsements, claims support, and renewal reviews. Lot 6 Medical and Hospital Services Provision of healthcare services for IOM beneficiaries, including consultations, emergency care, surgery, diagnostics, laboratory services, inpatient/outpatient care, pharmacy, rehabilitation, and mental health services where available.
