Long-Term Agreement (s) for (Re) Construction of estimated 100 Houses

IOM invites qualified construction companies to participate in a competitive procurement process for the establishment of one or more Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) for the construction and reconstruction of an estimated 100 houses throughout Kosovo under the RRK Project. The procurement covers five standardized house designs ranging from approximately 45 m² to 95 m² and is intended to create a pool of capable contractors for future call-off assignments during the LTA period. This strategic initiative will support the delivery of durable and sustainable housing solutions while providing contractors with the opportunity to participate in a significant multi-year construction programme requiring strong technical expertise, operational capacity, and commitment to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
