Firm to support development of a coffee production-area database

1)      An Inception Report (Assignment Implementation Plan) is prepared with a specific, feasible methodology that ensures timely implementation.

2)      Baseline data and data collection tools are standardized and fit for the coffee production-area database collection task.

3)      Communication and training materials are developed and disseminated to relevant organizations and individuals.

4)      A coffee production-area database for the project area under UNDP responsibility is developed with all required information fields in accordance with the province’s existing system, capable of integration into Lam Dong Province’s traceability systems and supporting EUDR information and traceability requirements.

5)      A Synthesis Report for Project Output 1.5 is prepared, including an assessment of achievement against Indicator C6 of the Project Document Logframe (Effectiveness and transparency of enforcement and traceability systems to track commodity value chains in the project area), ready for acceptance, monitoring and evaluation.
