New clarification added: QUESTION:Could you please clarify which documents are required to be submitted with the quotation if the Bidder intends to engage:a foreign individual expert, ora foreign legal entityfor the purpose of providing the required expertise and experience for this assignment?Please also clarify whether any additional formalities are required for documents issued abroad.ANSWER: The requirements for a foreign individual expert or a foreign legal entity to perform design, review, construction, or supervision activities in North Macedonia are defined in the "Law on Construction", 7. Foreign individual and legal entities - Article 42. The bidder must provide a copy of approvals from the institutions defined in that article. The formalities required for documents issued abroad are defined in Article 42 of the Law on Construction.Additionally, the bidder must prove the individual expert's and/or legal entity's experience according to the tender requirements. There is also the possibility of forming a consortium with a local company that complies with the tender requirements
