Production of Video, Digital Content & Infographics for UNFPA Mongolia 

UNFPA Mongolia is inviting qualified Mongolia-based media and multimedia production companies to submit proposals for the development of professional communication and visibility products for the UNFPA Mongolia Country Programme Evaluation. 

The selected company will work with UNFPA Mongolia to transform key evaluation findings, programme achievements, lessons learned and recommendations into engaging multimedia content for government partners, development partners, media, civil society and the general public. The assignment includes the production of one 10–15 minute documentary-style flagship video, three short-form social media videos, and at least five infographics, including concept development, scripting, filming, editing and graphic design. The assignment is expected to be completed within 4–6 weeks from contract commencement.

The bidder must have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience in multimedia production and meet the other qualification requirements specified in the Terms of Reference. For preparing your proposal, please carefully review all other requirements and instructions included in the solicitation documents in the system.
