Dear Sir/Madam, 

Greetings from UNICEF. 

We cordially invite you/your organisation/company to submit your proposals for the Tender Opportunity below: 

Scaling Up Community-Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) and Water Resource Management (WRM) in Rigo District, Central Province, P. N. G

1. You can submit your proposals which will include a Technical and Financial proposal. 

2. Separate email header for both submissions: 

- LRPS-2026-9206246/Submission of the TECHNICAL OFFER

- LRPS-2026- 9206246/Submission of the FINANCIAL OFFER

3. Complete pages 3-5 of the LRPS form and submit along with your financial proposal. 

4. Ensure to separate your financial proposal from your technical proposal. No financial information/price proposal value should be captured in the Technical proposal. Failure to comply with this requirement will disqualify you/technical proposal from the Techncial review. 

5. Any requests for clarification should be sent to us no later than Wednesday 23/09/2026. 

Please note, submssion deadline is MONDAY 05TH OCT, 2026 at 23:30 HRS (PNG POM TIME).
