Mandatory Requirements for Bid Submission Important Instruction to Bidders Bidders are required to submit two separate proposals: Technical Proposal Financial Proposal The Technical Proposal must not contain any financial information, including prices, rates, costs, budgets, or any other pricing details. Inclusion of financial information in the Technical Proposal may result in disqualification from the bidding process. The Financial Proposal must be submitted separately and shall contain all pricing and other information related to the offer. Failure to maintain a clear separation between the Technical and Financial Proposals may lead to rejection of the bid. Documents Required from Bidders Bidders must submit the following documents with their offers: 1. Company Documents Valid Commercial Registration. Valid Tax Card. Company Profile. 2. Similar Experience (Mandatory) Evidence of experience in water tank construction, water networks, or similar civil works projects. Copies of contracts, completion certificates, or reference letters. Experience with IOM, UN agencies, INGOs, or NGOs is an advantage. 3. Technical Proposal (Mandatory) Signed and stamped RFQ (without prices). Bill of Quantity (BOQ) Signed & Stamped (without prices). Construction Workplan Schedule and material's brand table with catalogs Signed & Stamped Proof of Relevant Construction/Rehabilitation Experience for the past 3 years Proof of previous related work experience with IOM/UN/INGOs, Technical design for solar-powered systems supported with catalogs for all parts when applicable -for relevant projects. . 4. Materials Information (Mandatory) For major materials, bidders must provide: Brand name. Country of origin. Technical specifications. Manufacturer's catalogues/brochures. Quality certificates (where applicable). 5. Financial Offer Signed and stamped RFQ with prices. Completed, signed, and stamped BOQ with prices. Offer validity period. Note: The Financial Offer must be submitted separately from the Technical Proposal and shall contain all pricing information. No financial information should be included in the Technical Proposal.
