Description of the Assignment:  The objective of this consultancy is to serve as the analytical and strategic backbone of the Project Management Unit (PMU) — leading financial modelling and budgeting, building the projects data and Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) systems, and advising project leadership on performance, risks, and the path to sustainability for the Mayors Challenge in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

The consultant will be responsible for synthesizing data across finance, sales, production, and impact; testing whether the business model is working; and translating evidence into decisions. The assignment will contribute directly to the financial viability and long-term sustainability of the Mayors Challenge project in Ghaziabad.

Period of assignment/services (if applicable):  October 2026 - September 2027
