Event Production Services for SWOP 2026 Global Launch

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Tokyo Representation Office is seeking competitive quotations from qualified production companies for the provision of comprehensive Event Production Services for the Global Launch of the State of World Population (SWOP) 2026 Report, scheduled to take place in Tokyo, Japan on November 19, 2026. The scope of services includes on-site event operations, audiovisual production, multi-camera live-streaming, simultaneous interpretation logistics support, and international media coordination in accordance with the Terms of Reference.

UNFPA is using Quantum, an ERP platform based Oracle Cloud, which supports the United Nations procurement processes. To access the Solicitation Documents and/or submit a response, please log in to the Quantum and subscribe to the subject tender following the instructions below:
