Description of the Assignment:  The objective of this consultancy is to support the marketing, outreach, and sales of the project´s organic paint product (‘Pratritik Paint’), which is produced by women-led self-help groups (SHGs), to be purchased by institutional buyers, the private sector, and the broader market.

The consultant will be responsible for assessing the market, developing and executing a Marketing and Sales Strategy, supporting outreach to institutional and commercial buyers, and generating the sales evidence and strategic learning required to sustain and scale the initiative. The assignment will contribute directly to the financial viability and long-term sustainability of the Mayors Challenge project in Ghaziabad.

Period of assignment/services:  October 2026 - September 2027
