The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Country Office in Serbia invites offers from qualified suppliers for the perform works on Reconstruction and Energy rehabilitation of the Public Administrative Building in Vase Čarapića 20, Belgrade. Amendment II refer to the following change to the “Form H – Price Schedule – Bill of Quantities - Amended” Excel document:
In Sheet “01.A_ARCH-EE WORKS”, Cell F571, which represents the total amount for Section “04-00 EXTERIOR JOINERY”, the formula has been amended to include all relevant amounts from Rows 291–569, thereby ensuring that all items under Section 04-00 – Exterior Joinery, are included in the section total and duly reflected in the relevant recapitulation cells (F579 and F581), as well as in the “RECAPITULATION” sheet and the total bid price.
The above amended provisions have been incorporated in the Negotiation requirement accordingly, i.e. “Form H - Price Schedule - Bill of Quantity Amended II” document has been uploaded into the system and replaces the previous version. In addition, due to the above, the deadline for the submission of bids is extended for an additional 4 calendar days, with the date and time for the deadline for submission of bids adequately adjusted in the Quantum system.
All other provisions/requirements of the subject Negotiation remain unchanged.

Amendment I refer to the following change to the “Form H – Price Schedule – Bill of Quantities” Excel document:
In Sheet “4.1.B Other Electrical Works”, specifically in Column F – “Total Cost excl. VAT”, a formula for calculating the total price based on the entered unit price has been inserted.
The above amended provisions have been incorporated in the Negotiation requirement accordingly, i.e. “Form H - Price Schedule - Bill of Quantity Amended” document has been uploaded into the system and replaces the previous version. All other provisions/requirements of the subject Negotiation remain unchanged.
