New clarification added: Dear Bidder, Thank you for your interest in this tender!Questions: 1. Can UNOPS provide an exemption letter?UNOPS does have the privilege of customs exemptions; however, this is only applicable when UNOPS procures directly from outside the country. It therefore does not apply in this case.2. Can delivery be made CIF Port Sudan Port?Due to the tight timeline of the project, UNOPS has set the delivery term as DAP in accordance with Incoterms 2020, as customs clearance takes a minimum of two months given the country context.3.
