Description

To achieve cost efficiency whilst ensuring outstanding quality of service, UNHCR is seeking to enter into a Frame Agreement (FA) for F2F recruitment services with multiple vendors specialized in such service area.


The Frame Agreement will be signed with the successful bidders for a period of one (1) year with further extension of two-times one-year periods, subject to satisfactory performance; the total contract length is three (3) years. The work will be assigned upon approval of the outcome of the present selection process,
tentatively starting from December 2026.


 Phase 1 = 12 months
 Phase 2 = 12 months
 Phase 3 = 12 months
