Printing and production of programme promotional materials: roll-up banners, leaflets and TRIANGLE Partnerships Pyramid

TRIANGLE Partnerships is seeking to contract a qualified printing supplier for the production and delivery of the following promotional materials. Final artwork/design files will be provided or approved by TRIANGLE Partnerships before mass production. 1. Roll-up banners: nine (9) sets - one set for each of the eight programme countries and one regional set. Each set comprises four (4) roll-up banners/designs, for a total of thirty-six (36) roll-up banners. 2. Leaflets: A4 size, 210 gsm paper, double-sided printing - two thousand five hundred (2,500) copies. 3. TRIANGLE Partnerships Pyramid: size 7.5 x 6.5 inches when expanded and 15 x 13 inches when folded; glossy art card, 160 gsm; glossy PVC coating on both sides; colour printing; die-cut; and folding mark lines. Quantity: one thousand five hundred (1,500) copies. The supplier shall verify the stated dimensions and folding configuration with the ILO during proofing and before production. For any production specification not expressly stated in this TOR (including roll-up hardware, banner substrate, finishing and packing), the bidder shall clearly state the proposed specification in its quotation. The final specification must be approved by the ILO before production.
