Consultancy Introduction – ILAB IUU Fishing Grant

The International Labour Organization (ILO) seeks to engage a senior consultant for a short-term assignment of up to 10 working days to provide strategic advice, drafting and editing support, and final quality assurance for two applications to Funding Opportunity Announcements issued by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB/USDOL). The consultant will work from drafts and inputs prepared by the responsible ILO proposal teams. Accountability for technical content, country consultations, budgets, internal clearance and authorised submission will remain with the ILO.
