Supply and delivery of UN flags and accessories

IN ENGLISH:The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG), on behalf of the Common Procurement Activities Group (CPAG), wishes to receive expressions of interest for an Invitation to Bid which will be issued soon for the supply and delivery of United Nations and UN organizations' flags, flags of UN Member States, and related accessories. The following CPAG member organizations are expected to participate in this joint tender: UNOG (together with the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs — OCHA), the International Labour Organization (ILO), the International Organization for Migration (IOM), the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the World Health Organization (WHO), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and the World Meteorological Organization (WMO). UNOG intends to establish a contract for an initial period of three (3) years, with an option to extend for one additional 2-year period, upon UNOG's request, for a total maximum contract duration of five (5) years. Individual contracts with the other Participating Agencies may subsequently be established through Affiliate Agreements under the same terms and conditions. This request for expression of interest is not an invitation to bid. UNOG reserves the right to modify or cancel this requirement at any time. Only vendors considered as qualified by UNOG to supply such goods and related services will be invited to participate. The deadline for submitting your response to this EOI is indicated in the title. Les organisations membres du CPAG suivantes devraient participer à ce marché conjoint : l'ONUG (conjointement avec le Bureau de la coordination des affaires humanitaires des Nations Unies — OCHA), l'Organisation internationale du Travail (OIT), l'Organisation internationale pour les migrations (OIM), l'Union internationale des télécommunications (UIT), l'Organisation mondiale de la Santé (OMS), l'Organisation Mondiale de la Propriété Intellectuelle (OMPI) et l'Organisation météorologique mondiale (OMM). L'ONUG a l'intention d'établir un contrat pour une période initiale de trois (3) ans, assorti d'une option de prolongation pour une période supplémentaire de deux (2) ans, à la demande de l'ONUG, soit une durée maximale totale de cinq (5) ans. Des contrats individuels avec les autres organismes participants pourront être établis ultérieurement par le biais d'accords d'affiliation (« Affiliate Agreements ») aux mêmes conditions générales. Specific Requirements/Information IN ENGLISH: This requirement will lead to a 5-year (3+2) contract with the aim of replacing all or some of the 197 official flags of the United Nations and its member countries to be hoisted on outdoor and indoor flag posts, according to the list of countries in the tender document. Split award is acceptable on a Lot basis. Lot 1 – Flags for the UN and its member countries: outdoors and indoors Lot 2 – Accessories, such as Aluminum chromium-plated flag display pole, Chromium-plated flagpole floor stand etc. Estimated quantities: 1600+ flags required for five years ----------------------------------------------------- EN FRANCAIS Ce besoin débouchera sur un contrat de cinq (5) ans (3+2) visant à remplacer tout ou partie des 197 drapeaux officiels des Nations Unies et de ses États Membres devant être hissés sur des mâts extérieurs et intérieurs, conformément à la liste des pays figurant dans le document d'appel d'offres. L'attribution partielle par lot est admise. Lot 1 – Drapeaux de l’ONU et de ses États Membres : usage extérieur et intérieur Lot 2 – Accessoires, tels que des mâts de présentation en aluminium chromé, des socles de sol chromés pour mâts de drapeau, etc. Quantités estimées : plus de 1 600 drapeaux requis sur une période de cinq ans.
