UNICEF Moldova RFP 9206110 Construction works, Donduseni.
UNICEF Moldova Country Office invites qualified construction companies to submit their proposals for construction works for adaptation and improvement of accessibility infrastructure in the “Alexei Mateevici” High School, located in Donduseni city, Republic of Moldova.
UNICEF Moldova is supporting the improvement of accessibility measures in selected schools under the joint UNICEF–UNDP project “Advancing Quality Education and Lifelong Learning Opportunities for All”, funded by the European Union.
The works will be implemented based on the approved design documentation and in line with applicable national standards and accessibility requirements. The detailed requirements, scope of works, technical specifications and Bill of Quantities are provided in the RFP and its annexes.
The procurement aims to engage a qualified construction company to undertake the required construction works at the “Alexei Mateevici” High School in Donduseni.

Pre-bid / bid conference and site visit
A face-to-face bid conference will be held on 22 September 2026 at 12:00, at 131, ‘31 August 1989’ Street, UN House, UNICEF Conference Room, Chisinau. Registration form: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/DfSEAnvL5U
A mandatory site visit will be organized on 29 September 2026. Interested bidders should contact I. Baraghin at ibaraghin@unicef.org, tel. 060100493, for arrangements.
Submission instructions:
- Bid submission deadline is 11 October 2026, 23:59 Hrs. Late proposals will be rejected.
- Proposals must be submitted electronically to chisinautenders@unicef.org, which is the only acceptable e-mail address for receipt of proposals. No other UNICEF recipient should be copied in the submission email.
- Proposals may be submitted in batches, with each email not exceeding 25 MB.
- All proposal files must be submitted in PDF format.
- External links to documents are not acceptable; proposals submitted through links to cloud storage such as Google Drive/OneDrive will be invalidated.
- The Request for Proposal for Construction Works Form must be signed by the duly authorized representative and submitted together with the proposal.
- The email subject must clearly indicate the RFP number followed by the company name.
- Proposals should be valid for not less than 120 days after the submission deadline.
